The RED post-production challenge
is exactly the same
as for any other edit, aside from the
RED technology and
workflow
, of course. It's about telling a story as eloquently
as possible to create programs that are motivating and effective.
With all of our years of experience in
documentary, film and broadcast
production
we really do know how to edit a program...
But working with RED changes the playing field, because there are things you can
do with a super high quality 4.5k image that simply aren't possible with "regular"
quality HD media - the sort of tricks that only a
skilled RED editor and colorist
can pull out of their hat.

run multiple 4.5k Ultra HD Final Cut Studio and Avid
HD systems (although we primarily stick to Final Cut) to offer the best in uncompressed editing on
film, broadcast and
corporate productions
with every bell and quite a few whistles. Combine these
with the
deep understanding of targeted storytelling that comes from between five and twenty five years of cutting experience - enhanced by 3D animation,
graphics, and soundtrack production
- and you have a recipe for a killer project
from start to finish.
You can choose to have us do much of the "content" editing at your premises on your systems, on our mobile equipment. However, it is almost without exception much more time and cost efficient for us to work here at our studios, after an initial briefing meeting with you, and then bring updates to you for notes and detailed direction. Of course, the final "online" assembly, color correction, audio sweetening and mastering is always done in the quiet of our own finishing area...
