What is "Tiny Epic Films"?

It is essentially a mini-CLAi... We wanted to give people,
business and groups in our community who have smaller budgets
or different shoot needs the opportunity to work at a higher quality film
and video production level than they might normally have access to.
"Tiny Epic Films" is a bare bones, stripped down version of CLAi's video production but this Partner Package combines the best of both worlds between "Tiny Epic Films" and CLAi.

Tiny Epic Films and CLAi Partner Package Rates

The Tiny Epic Films and CLAi Partner Package is the alternative to our RED camera packages, offering smaller format cameras with no bells and no whistles - just the essentials you need to put together a great DSLR shoot.

Our DIT/camera operator must go out with all packages, unless you have a CLAi pre-approved, qualified DIT. His role is to set up, manage settings, assist the DP, data wrangle, and create on-set looks, He comes with a complete DIT computer workstation for managing and checking data shot for a ten hour day. Mileage and expenses are additional to the package rate, as is time over ten hours.

The Canon DSLR package includes Canon 5D MkII and Canon 7D 35mm DSLR camera bodies for shooting in 1080P (we use advanced Technicolor digital cinema codecs on our systems rather than the standard way-less-than-wonderful Canon codecs) along with:

...and everything else from jib to dolly, including two Apple DIT stations for transferring and rendering the H.264 files on location.

We also have GoPro 1080P cameras with a host of rigging options and even a pair of POV Canon HDV H10 cameras for record-and-leave-them applications.
